BACKGROUND: Dr. Woodsmall is the President of Advanced Behavioral Modeling, Inc., a consulting and training firm committed to increasing the performance and productivity of organizations and individuals through the use of advanced behavioral and learning technologies. Engaged in federal service and private practice for over thirty years, he has provided training and management consulting expertise to the federal government, service and athletic industries, and the scientific community, with specific emphasis in culture shaping and in predicting and modifying behavior using specialized behavioral technologies.
ADVANCED BEHAVIORAL MODELINGS: Dr. Woodsmall was instrumental in pioneering the concept and applications of behavioral modeling technology while working on various projects for the U.S. Government. The theory and structure of the modeling process was a synthesis of many technologies that he explored. His work with the federal government and the private sector led to the development of behavioral models and the design of training programs that dramatically increased performance, reduced training time and slashed costs.
ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT AND CULTURE SHAPING: Dr. Woodsmall has served as an Organization Development and Management Consultant for the federal and private sectors. He has designed and implemented organization development and culture shaping operations that strengthened the productivity of technology and people. His focus has been on integrating socio-technical values models to achieve higher productivity when the complexity and interrelationships of people and technology require innovative approaches to change.
TRAINING: Dr. Woodsmall conducts management, communications, negotiations and sales seminars as well as workshops on Neuro-Linguistic Programming, accelerated learning, Advanced Behavioral ModelingSM and Spirituality and Personal Growth. Highly regarded in the training community as the expert source on Neuro-Linguistic Programming and behavioral modeling, he has conducted training programs in 26 countries on 5 continents.
Dr. Woodsmall is a certified Master Trainer and Master Modeler in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is a former President and Board Member of the International Association of NLP. He is a co-founder and board member of the International Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainers Association. He is internationally recognized as a leading expert on Neuro-Linguistic Programming and performance enhancement. He has conducted 36 Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainer`s Trainings in 12 countries. He is recognized as the trainer`s trainer and has students on five continents in over thirty countries.
EDUCATION: Dr. Woodsmall has a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Philosophy from Columbia University in Philosophy, a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Virginia.
BIBLIOGRAPHY: Dr. Woodsmall is the co-author of People Pattern Power, and Time Line Therapy and the Basis of Personality. He is also the author of six monographs and of over fifty published articles on Advanced Behavioral ModelingSM, Advanced Learning TechnologySM, and NLP.
