I want to share with you and Dave an amazing experience I have just had. Today I used one of the techniques we learnt on the diploma during a company Induction. I worked with a group of 6 new starters and followed the script to the letter. The exercise lasted less that 15 minutes and the results were amazing. At the end of it they all thought it was a really useful exercise and one participant said that it was brilliant. That was a first for me - I have never had a brilliant before .....

Personally I found it really useful and I learnt an awful lot about myself as well as picking up some very useful tools, which I've already put into use- The rapport stuff in particular is really useful in my role especially when I'm trying to get to the real reason behind why they are doing what they're doing.
Also I know I will keep referring back to 'Outcome', 'Acuity' and in particular 'Flexibility' - I just keep reminding myself that I can only change myself (sometimes a little hard at my time of life-excuses eh!!).
